Acne Prevention – Practices to Follow

However, the basic reason behind acne according to the doctors is the excess production of sebum on the skin. Although the real cause behind this excessive sebum production is yet to be understood but it is linked to hormonal imbalance.

There is a combination of three factors that lead to acne breakout; bacteria, sebum, and dead skin. Basically when the skin is producing a lot of sebum, all the dead skin gets clumped together which is on the surface. When this happen, the pores on the skin are blocked trapping the bacteria inside. Eventually the trapped bacterium then grows, this causing the body’s immune system to stop it resulting in inflammation or acne basically. So how you one prevent the formation of acne? Well, here are the most effective and basic ways of making sure that your skin is not another victim of acne.

Make sure that your face stays clean; this is a very vital step to assure. Get a good face cleanser and use it two times every day; once when you get up and once when you are going to bed. Also, before doing this, make sure that the cleanser is right for your skin type and avoid going with those regular bar soaps that just get your skin dry. Cleansing your face will make sure that some of the dead skin along with bacteria and sebum is removed. To make sure that none of the dead skin is left, exfoliating your face two times every week would be great. Once this routine is followed, avoid touching your face too often.

Acnezine is a very effective product to use in this case; it will affect your skin externally and internally both. Externally it will make sure that no dead skin and bacteria is left on your skin and internally it will make sure that no excessive sebum is being produced.

Lastly, your diet will matter a lot at in this issue. All those greasy foods and chocolates should go out of the window. Be low on processed foods; go for a fat free diet that includes a lot of vegetables to assure a healthy and acne free skin.
